On 19 September 2024, IGCN launched the first module of the Target Gender Equality Accelerator (Round 5) with 25 dedicated companies, marking a strong commitment to advancing gender equality in the workplace. The “Foundation and Frameworks” module set the stage for an impactful journey toward closing the gender pay gap and increasing women’s representation in leadership roles.
In partnership with these businesses, IGCN is excited to see companies come together to tackle these challenges head-on, laying the groundwork for a future where gender equality is central to business success. The opening session introduced the essential tools and strategies that will guide everyone on this transformative path.
