SDG Ambition Accelerator Indonesia leaped forward with the “Step 2: Ambitious Goal-Setting” session on Thursday, 14 November 2024. This workshop brought together passionate organizations from diverse industries to craft bold goals aligned with the SDG Ambition Benchmarks.
The session focused on equipping participants with the tools to develop goals that match or exceed the ambition of global SDG benchmarks. Using the SMART Framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound), participants refined their strategies by:
a. Crafting New Goals: Designing fresh, transformative objectives to address their identified priority benchmarks.
b. Aligning Existing Targets: Revisiting and enhancing current targets to align with Step 1’s priority areas.
This structured approach empowered participants to ensure their goals are actionable, measurable, and impactful, reflecting their commitment to advancing meaningful sustainability outcomes.
