IGCN proudly celebrated the successful conclusion of Module 5 of the Target Gender Equality Round 5 program on Thursday, 12 December 2024, marking a pivotal milestone in the collective journey to promote gender equality in the workplace.
The final session brought together participants for insightful discussions and practical learning, focusing on:
a. Setting actionable KPIs for gender equality to ensure measurable and meaningful progress
b. Utilizing tools to track and communicate progress effectively and transparently
c. Making public commitments to achieving equal pay and leadership representation by 2030, demonstrating accountability and ambition
This milestone reflects the dedication and active engagement of all participants who have contributed to this transformative program. By embracing the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) and taking bold actions, we are collectively paving the way for more inclusive, equitable, and empowered workplaces.
