IGCN reached another important milestone with our participants during the “Step 4: Define Sub-goals to Track Progress” session on Tuesday, 3 December 2024. Building on the pathways and actions established in the previous step, this session emphasized the importance of setting clear, measurable sub-goals to effectively monitor progress toward the overall ambitions.
By defining sub-goals, participants can better measure the success of each action and pathway, making it easier to communicate progress both internally and externally. This session also highlighted the importance of identifying key stakeholders, ensuring that everyone involved understands their role in achieving the set goals.
Through examples, case studies, and dynamic pair and group discussions, participants gained valuable insights and practical tools to enhance their sustainability journey.
