IGCN successfully organized the first hybrid session of Local Peer-to-Peer Learning #4 on Wednesday, 17 May 2023 hosted by PT Pertamina (Persero) at Grha Pertamina as part of the Business & Human Rights Accelerator program. The event aimed to help participating companies to implement and track a human rights action plan.
As the first hybrid session, 19 participants attended the session on-site along with 33 who joined virtually. The session was facilitated by two experts on Business & Human Rights, Ibu Lany Harijanti and Ibu Patricia Rinwigati (Ririn). In this special session, participants had the opportunity to discuss and learn from their business peers especially from PT Pertamina (Persero) and PT Industri Jamu dan Farmasi Sido Muncul Tbk on how to develop company’s action plan based on salient human rights impacts that they have identified in previous sessions. In the following month, participants will learn how to engage affected stakeholders and communicate effectively as one of the important processes in Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD).
